Single Stage Heat / Single Stage Cool / Fan – Off/Auto/On
Residential Sequence of Operation
FAN AUTO
- Room Sensor will index the unit FAN ON from STANDBY.
- FOUR degree dead band between HEAT/COOL set points.(71HEAT/75COOL)
- HEAT ON = Set point minus ONE degree F.
- HEAT OFF = Set point plus ONE degree F.
- COOL ON = Set point plus ONE degree F.
- COOL OFF = Set point minus ONE degree F.
- Upon FAN PROOF the Return Air Sensor will index HEAT/COOL relays as appropriate.
- When HEAT/COOL Set point plus/minus calculation is satisfied, HEAT/COOL relay will index OFF and the FAN will run for 5 minutes and shut down. System will enter STANDBY.
- An optional outside air sensor will automatically “lock out” HEAT at outside air temperatures above 60 degrees F and COOL below 65 degrees F for energy efficiency.
FAN ON
- When the FAN is manually indexed to ON, the FAN will run continuously.
- When the FAN is manually indexed to ON, HEAT will only operate if HEAT is in MANUAL.
- When the FAN is manually indexed to ON, COOL will only operate if COOL is in MANUAL.
- HEAT and COOL are interlocked so they will not come on simultaneously.
- Upon FAN PROOF and HEAT is indexed to ON:
HEAT ON = Set point minus ONE degree F.
HEAT OFF = Set point plus ONE degree F.
- Upon FAN PROOF and COOL is indexed to ON:
COOL ON = Set point plus ONE degree F.
COOL OFF = Set point minus ONE degree F.
FAN OFF
When the FAN is manually indexed to OFF, the FAN will shut down and COOL and HEAT will be disabled.
All set points and timers are adjustable!
A thorough training program is included with any installation.
